i sometimes think how people’s personalities and attitudes can ruin conversation about Christ. how people will argue their understanding over someone elses or their relationship with God is better than yours etc. God deals with us on an individual and personalized basis so how he works in my life won’t be how he works in your life. and the words it takes for me to describe him in my life won’t be your words, even if they essentially have the same meaning, because we will never have same walk with Christ. God knows and understands all of us and by being good steward’s of Christ we must deliver God’s ultimate message of love and salvation but so many Christians are so quick to impose condemnation and their personal understanding of God on others it turns people off to the whole idea of a relationship with God. we should seek to be understanding of others and their personality differences, be accepting of them so God’s word can be delivered in a more comfortable and receptive manner. we weren’t sent to beat anyone over the head with overly indoctrinated purely religous statements, God wants us to be loving and kind as he is loving and kind and to seek after people in that manner. as the saying goes you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar and you’ll lead more people to Christ with love than with anger.
